Unit 20 Preschool & Birth to 3 Screening

Monday April 24th      8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

Tuesday April 25th      12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. 

Wednesday April 24th      8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

Thursday April 25th      12:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. 

Children must be three years of age by 

September 1, 2017 to be eligible for the PreK Program.  

The child's Immunization Records 

and his/her Birth Certificate must
be brought to the appointment. 

Individual screening:  approximately one hour.

Vision & hearing assessments 

will also be provided.
