screenings.  Appointments times: 

 March 14th to March 17th.

Our community service is for new

or previously screened youth not

presently attending school in Unit # 20. 

Families must bring immunization records 

and a birth certificate to the appointment: 

March 14 - 8 a.m.-2:15 p.m. 

March 15 - 12:30-5:45 p.m.

March 16 - 8 a.m.-2:15 p.m.

March 17 - 8 a.m.-2:15 p.m.
